We are hiring a Field Service Technician for quality corrugated equipment -- including PreFeeders, Stackers, Palletizers/Loadformers, and robotic systems. Alliance is a medium sized manufacturing company based in Spokane, WA. Ideally, the candidate would be located in Spokane, but we also employ Field Service Technicians remotely.
This position requires regular weekly travel to domestic and international customer locations for custom machinery startups, problem solving, consulting, customer training, and maintenance. The ideal candidate has strong mechanical and PLC control system skills, works well independently; positive operator and management interaction - understands theories of operation - and enjoys travel up to 70% of time!
Familiarity with mechanical drives, pumps, hydraulics, pneumatics systems, conveyors - and experience with control panels, PLCs, AC drives, and Microsoft office software. Candidate must be able to manage customer projects/breakdowns/upgrades/modifications to successful conclusions.
Our Service Technicians are backed by an entire team of engineers, machinists, assemblers, sales, and parts departments. The customer comes first - and so does supporting you! Fluent in Spanish is desirable but not required.

Experience: Five to Seven years supervising, installing, and maintaining material handling equipment or other industrial machinery - with strong electrical/mechanical/PLC background. Robotic experience a plus!
