About the Department | As the largest department within the Facilities Division, Building Maintenance and Operations services the University's 16 million square feet of teaching, research and administrative space, and 2,240 acres of ground and transportation infrastructure. Facilities Operations provides maintenance, custodial, landscape, solid waste removal, utility, mail and motor pool services for most of the University. The 40,000 students, staff and faculty are supported 24 hours a day, 365 days a year with the following goals in mind: delivering cost effective services to the University, ensuring completed projects/maintenance conform to applicable codes and regulations. |
Essential Job Duties | This is a skilled position with responsibility to maintain, repair and upgrade the campus fire alarm, Facilities Operations' radio, and miscellaneous electronic systems. Additional duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Minimum Experience/Education | Associate's Degree in Electronics; or an equivalent combination of training and experience. All degrees must be received from appropriately accredited institutions. |
