Overview

The Workflow Administrator I will be interacting primarily with internal business partners making sure that all daily tasks are completed by the department's service standards previously agreed upon. This is a full-time position in a fast-paced and growing environment. Ideal candidate is a self-starter who is flexible, adaptable and maintains workflow.

Responsibilities
    Perform a wide variety of administrative and staff support services.
  • Monitor and receive documentation from three sources: Email, Fax, Mail
  • Perform high volume data entry functions.
  • Ensure all tasks are completed timely, accurately and meets the department's service standards.
Qualifications

Required:

  • High School Diploma
  • Experience conducting high volume of data entry
  • Experience working independently or collaboratively as part of a team with minimal supervision.
  • Strong multi-tasking skills
  • Experience solving on the job problems
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience utilizing interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Preferred:

  • 2 years' office experience preferred.
