The Data Processing Clerk provides support services to ensure orders are quickly routed to the correct areas with all required documentation. The individual is responsible for monitoring data processing activities. The Data Processing Clerk communicates with and assists Information Technology (IT), Customer Service, and other operation and development departments regarding file statuses, updates, changes, and issues on a daily basis. The Data Processing Clerk will work closely with the Vault and Warehouse, distributing requests and supporting the issuance of materials to jobs. The Data Processing Clerk will also fill-in as needed for the Shipping and Vault areas.The position requires close attention to detail, a strong sense of urgency, a solid customer focus, good communications skills, and a continuous improvement mindset. Duties and Responsibilities:
Monitor data communication activities to ensure jobs are received.
Escalate data communication issues to IT, Service Bureau Shift Leads, and Customer Service, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Print all required CDP reports, and collate with the corresponding IQ tickets.
Ensure all IQ tickets are printing correctly, organize and distribute tickets to correct work areas based on operations required for each ticket.
Print carton, sleeve, and shipping labels for jobs processing on your shift.
Escalate data communication issues to IT, Service Bureau Shift Leads, and Customer Service, and ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner.
Process response files via custom applications as needed.
Monitor job status via IQ, support Operators in correct completion of tickets.
Fill in for the Clerks as needed, issuing collateral from the warehouse and staging in fulfillment.
Process returned Personalization mail and packages.
Transact collateral consumption in Syteline
Audit collateral inventories
Perform related duties as assigned or as the situation dictates
Adhere to applicable ISO Work Instructions and properly complete production forms
Accountabilities:
Responsible for accurate completion of all job orders in IQ.
Ensure Production schedule attainment.
Compliance with Corporate and Local departmental KPI's and Quality standards.
Trains and supports Operators in use of IQ

Job Specifications:
Work performed in a fast-paced production setting.
Required to lift up to 40 lbs.
Ability to sit or stand for long periods of time, and reach and move about facility.
Wearing of company furnished smock is mandatory.
Occasional travel, including international.
Requires normal hand, eye, and walking coordination.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule including overtime and weekends as needed.
Qualifications and Skills:
High School Diploma
Experience in training others is preferred
Strong communication skills
Mathematical ability required
Experience with Microsoft Word, Excel, SAP, IQ is preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills
Demonstrated ability to multitask in a fast-paced and demanding environment
