THE JOB:

As a Rewards Representative, you will set the stage for the guest experience with your welcoming smile and top-notch service. By understanding their unique stories and needs, you will own their experience to createWOWmoments and memories they will carry with them far beyond their stay with us.

THE STARTING RATE: $16.02

THE DAY-TO-DAY:

• Engage and acknowledge all guests in a friendly and outgoing manner

• Provide the ultimate guest service to guests and sees to the needs of preferred players.

• Makes reservations for our preferred players at restaurants, hotels and for transportation.

• Follows department andcompany policies, procedures, internal controls and government regulations in the performance of job duties.

• Utilize our computer system to input information and navigate through our systems

• Provide a high level of service when interacting with guests using problem-solving, attention to detail, and guest safety

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

• Takes pride in their work

• Performs well under pressure

• Enjoys helping others and likes to make a good impression

• Has over 1 year of customer service experience

• Is comfortable navigating programs on the computer
