SUMMARY Assist the Event & Retail Manager to cost effectively drive non-media lead generation and local awareness through the following marketing tactics: events/shows, showrooms, corporate partnerships, retail partnerships, community groups, HOA's, company-created events and more.


PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
In field coaching, training and in booth work.
Recruiting and interviewing.
Classroom training. Teaching staff mythology, rebuttals, process and procedures.
Manages the department calendar including; negotiating with event sponsors and outside vendors to procure space and to obtain the best value for our investment. Oversees participation in events, sponsorship, retail partnerships and creation of lead-gen opportunities based on established objectives, including on-site administration, resource supervision, and other implementation details.
Collaborate with partners within Renewal to drive results.
Communicate results and strategy with management.

DIRECTION OF OTHERS:
Provides guidance, training, and work direction to Retail Marketing Reps.

QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in marketing/communications preferred or equivalent demonstrated skills and abilities.
Some experience in sales/marketing, planning events and/or managing sales/retail teams.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to think strategically, with strong project management skills, including attention to detail
Ability to demonstrate strong leadership skills

In 2024, Andersen has set a profit-sharing target of $4,000 per eligible employee, prorated as appropriate. Profit sharing will be paid out in quarterly installments to provide eligible employees with payments throughout the year, with payment amounts tied to quarterly operating profit performance.
