Position Description:
This position is vital to the development of product and market growth for the company. It requires ingenuity and a growth mindset, both of which will be keys to this position's success! The Regional Sales Manager will manage the Area Sales Managers and Channel Development within the region. The focus of this role will be to drive EPC and End-user demand by working closely with their team to develop existing and new customers.
The focus will be primarily for, but not limited to, our technology group of AnsiMag, HMD (our Sealless pump portfolio), Sunflo, Marelli, Sundyne Pump and Compressor product lines specifically targeted at the existing and new markets the company serves. This strategic role will focus on profitably growing revenue primarily for new unit (OE) with some aftermarket products and services.
Leading and growing a team of salespeople, both internal and external, who will routinely make direct contact with specifically identified strategic accounts and working through channel partners to provide the Sundyne's value propositions.
An essential part of the role will be to assess and optimize routes to market to reach the target customer segments with Sundyne's value propositions and commercial messages.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a regional bookings and sales plan for the defined territory, including detailed customer account plans to deliver bookings & growth for the region in alignment with annual plan
Lead, manage and support the Area Sales Managers to meet customer expectations and support strategic initiatives
Timely manage booking forecasts for the assigned region using the company CRM
Deliver weekly Pulse/Forecast updates to the management team and BU leadership to ensure quarterly targets are met
Work with their team to identify new or underserved accounts and develop selling strategies to optimize customer penetration, drive demand and early position Sundyne's products and technologies
Work with the team and channel partners to identify the competition, know their strengths and weaknesses in which to exploit to gain future business
Deliver key orders related to Sundyne's Value Capture Initiatives (VCI) such as Clean Energy
Find ways to bundle and package the maximum amount of Sundyne's product per opportunity as possible.
Qualifications Required:
Experience with EPC's (Engineering, Procurement and Construction), Licensors, Oil and Gas-end-users
Experience selling rotating equipment in the refining, chemical, industrial customer segments
Strong forecasting skills
Strong sales leader that has past experience building and maintaining sales teams
Demonstrated ability to source and close sales opportunities
Experience managing distribution partners
Bachelor's degree or 8 years + of direct sales in related industries
Analytical, fact-based decision maker
Comfortable interacting with any level of an organization
Timely and accountable to delivering pipeline and target bookings per the company's sales process
Strong interpersonal skills
Ability and willingness to travel and be in front of customers 30%-50% of the time
Strong communication and presentation skills
Comfortable taking managed risks
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with rotating equipment and aftermarket spares and repairs
Experience selling pumps and compressors
Strong network, relationships, contacts or book of business within the industry

Compensation Details
Bi-Weekly Salary: $120,000.00 - $150,000.00Additional Compensation
This position may be eligible to participate in the Company's Sales Incentive Plan with a target of up to 30% of base salary, subject to the terms and conditions of the plan. Payment is based on individual performance against established sales targets.Application Deadline:
