Responsibilities

EnLink Midstream is seeking a talented Power Platform Specialist that will be responsible for developing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components, such as Power Apps and Power Automate. This individual supports EnLink's IT team in crafting and optimizing enterprise-level solutions using the Power Platform, catering to a diverse range of departments across the company. This role requires a passion for teamwork, innovation, effective facilitation of workshops, and technical depth in Power Platform. Duties include:

  • Help and guide our clients to effectively use the Microsoft Power Platform with best practices and methodologies
  • Work with and prioritize deliverables in partnership with PMO and business stakeholders
  • Participate in client discovery workshops, identify use cases, and re-design processes and assess feasibility to leverage Power Platform capabilities
  • Gather requirements, develop and maintain solution documents and present to stakeholders for approvals. Develop test procedures for pre-UAT and UAT phases
  • Develop well-architected solutions to meet stated business outcomes by working with IT, PMO, and subject matter experts
  • Support our internal business teams in performing functional and technical analysis for existing and future automation
  • Provide production support, including triage, root cause analysis, and resolution
  • Continuously improves Power Platform environment
  • Collaborate with other members of the development team and project managers to deliver solutions that surpass client expectations while meeting deadlines and budgets
  • Collaborate on the creation of intellectual property and knowledge sharing
  • Work in an agile environment and participate in all agile ceremonies
  • Implement data modeling principles and choose the correct data storage approach for Power Platform development
  • Responsible for securing, maintaining, and improving Power Platform environment to maturity

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree preferred
  • Prior Oil & Gas industry experience working with Field Operations, Engineering, Commercial, and Scheduling
  • 3+ years of production-level experience with Power Apps and Power Automate (Desktop, Canvas, Portals, Model-Driven), using Dataverse, data connectors, Power BI, and MS Graph API
  • Experience integrating with Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Forms, and Lists) and Azure Cloud Services
  • Experience with Power Platform specific languages like Power Fx
  • Experience in establishing and adhering to SDLC best practices
  • Experience with CI/CD, governance, and ALM best practices
  • Development experience with Power BI
  • Prior programming experience using scripting languages
  • Prior experience with other low-code platforms
  • Desire to learn and leverage ML/AI (CoPilot, AI Builder, etc.)
  • Ability to establish, communicate, and maintain quality standards and best practices
  • Prior experience facilitating user training, growing citizen development community, and authoring knowledge articles
  • Ability to understand and explain the business drivers that apply to a specific client's needs
  • Experience helping end-users adopt and derive value from Power Platform solutions
  • Desire to proactively seek and adapt to new knowledge and trends, technical solutions, and patterns
  • Experience in mentoring other developers and team members in their technical development
  • Direct experience coordinating development activities of employees and contractors to execute on project plans and goals
