About the Opportunity

DMI, LLC is seeking a Customer Success Manager to support the DMI team.

Digital Management, LLC (DMI) is seeking a full-time Customer Success Manager to support the DMI team. Do you enjoy solving business problems with innovative software solutions? Duties and Responsibilities:

    Demonstrate good understanding of customer business and application solutions in the automotive industry
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders at customer accounts
  • Accountable for planning, execution, monitoring & controlling the projects to successful closure
  • Accountable for project deliverables within the budget, schedule, and of desired quality
  • Manage risks and issues in the development and implementation of the projects
  • Analyze and manage stakeholders that include client, management and the team
  • Ensure timely communication of issues and status, via meetings and reports to all stakeholders
  • Assist in pre-sales activities, like requirement assessment, estimation and project governance and execution proposals.
  • Works closely with Client Partner on new opportunities
  • Works closely with the assigned Client Partner to create and define short term and long term strategy.
  • Responsible for team motivation, guidance and mentoring with a hands on approach.
  • Works and coordinates with cross BU practices to move/expand service offerings in the account
  • Responsible for revenue and gross margin attainment
  • Works directly with the Client Partner on onboarding and invoicing.
  • Plays the lead role in all Quarter and All Hands events.
  • Responsible for resource management , team morale and attrition
  • Responsible for sub-con resources and vendor management
  • Works closely with practice leadership on resource changes.
Qualifications

Education and Years of Experience:

  • Bachelor's Degree in a technical or business field of study
  • 7+ plus of combined software project management experience
  • Project Management Institute (PMP) Certification or equivalent experience

Required and Desired Skills/Certifications:

  • 10-15 years of experience in IT industry, with at least 5 years of project management experience.
  • Hands on experience on projects in the automotive sector
  • Experience managing project financials and plans for staff augmentation as well as statement-of-work (SOW) type of engagements
  • Works with team members spread across multiple geographies
  • Knowledge and experience of software development methodologies - Agile and Scrum
  • Exposure to various Project Management tools such as, Jira, TFS etc.
  • Logically sound with strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, with great communication ability (verbal and written)
  • Have managed the time critical deadlines and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong people management skills, who can direct, manage and motivate the team
  • Consulting skills such as interviewing stakeholders, facilitating meetings and negotiating skills
  • Exposure to Agile methodologies and familiarity with Agile principles and values
  • Exposure to Scrum and/or Kanban
  • Experience with ceremonies such as daily stand-ups, sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint retrospectives
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills with the ability to communicate at a level of detail appropriate for the audience
  • Outstanding interpersonal and leadership skills, strong work ethic, self-motivated, and excellent presentation skills
  • Professional persistence - ability to track action items to closure with appropriate levels of follow-up
  • Risk Management experience - establishing probability and impact of risks, creating and executing upon mitigation and contingency plans
  • Detail oriented and sound independent judgment
