Roles & Responsibilities

- Oversee the development and implementation of regulatory compliance strategies within the finance and accounting domain.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all financial regulations and standards.

- Provide expert consultancy on Model N-REC applications focusing on regulatory compliance discount reallocation government pricing and Medicaid applications.

- Analyze and interpret financial regulations to develop compliance solutions that align with business objectives.

- Lead the assessment and mitigation of compliance risks implementing corrective actions as necessary.

- Facilitate training sessions for staff on regulatory compliance requirements and best practices.

- Stay abreast of changes in financial regulations and industry trends to advise on necessary adjustments to compliance strategies.

- Drive continuous improvement in compliance processes and systems through innovative solutions.

- Ensure accurate and timely reporting of compliance status to senior management and regulatory bodies.

- Manage project timelines resources and budgets to achieve project objectives efficiently.

-Qualifications- - Must have a strong foundation in regulatory compliance within the finance and accounting sector.

- Proven experience in managing complex projects in a regulatory compliance environment is essential.

- Expertise in Model N-REC applications including regulatory compliance discount reallocation government pricing and Medicaid applications is highly desirable.

- A solid understanding of finance and accounting principles is mandatory.

- Experience in Procure to Pay

-Account Payable domain is advantageous but not required.

- Excellent analytical problem-solving and project management skills are crucial.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead teams and interact with stakeholders.

* Life Science Experience

Salary and Other Compensation:

Applications will be accepted until 05 /30/2024

The rate for this position is between$110,000-$140,000 per Annum, depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
