Reporting to the Accounting Manager, you will assume ownership of the accounts payable function, including both handling daily transactions and supervising one AP Specialist. We recently brought the accounting function in-house, and we'll look to you to keep an eye out for ways to improve processes and controls.

  • An associate's or bachelor's degree in Accounting.
  • Solid hands-on experience in accounts payable, including a holistic understanding of the payment cycle and its integration into the larger accounting function.
  • Familiarity with inter-company transactions.
  • Advanced skills in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, macros, pivot tables, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and the ability to solve complex problems.
  • A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
