Employee Resource Networks at CSC
Columbia Sportswear Company’s Employee Resource Networks (ERNs) are voluntary, employee-led groups at CSC that bring together employees who share a common background, interest, or characteristic. ERNs foster communication, awareness, professional development, employee engagement and community outreach.
