We are looking for a Supply Chain Process Leader. This Position's primary mission is to develop, implement, train, improve, measure and tactically support supply chain systems & processes in the manufacturing operation. Compliance and assessment of the process maturity level with the Tenneco Operating System, take appropriate actions and the change management required to sustain the consistent execution of the formal business process. This position will ensure the process improvements are in-line with the overall Business System and wider business objectives around inventory management, material controls & process standardization. Strategic focus with tactical responsibilities to drive key metric performance and cost reduction within the material operations.
